About April
Hello! My name is April Yates, and I am a dedicated educator based in Columbus, Ohio with a Master’s degree in Education and over 10 years of experience in general education. Throughout my career, I have worked with students of varying abilities and learning styles, helping them build strong academic foundations and confidence in their skills.
I am highly driven by educational excellence and believe every student is capable of success when given the right support, strategies, and encouragement. My goal as a tutor is to create a positive, structured learning environment where students feel supported, challenged, and motivated to grow.
