About Kristi
I have a bachelor’s degree in education and a sexology certification from an accredited school. I use methods that include empathy, goal-oriented, Gottman method, somatic focused, faith-based program that is tailored to each individual client.
My clients are unique and so are my programs for my clients. I provide a 7-session overview so you will know where we are headed in the goals you have for yourself and or for your relationship.

I offer one time sessions or a 7-session package based on your individual needs. I offer a 20 min discovery call to make sure we are the right fit for each other in coaching. I work with women and couples who are interested in learning skills for intimacy, overcoming shame, healing from betrayal, dealing with confidence issues, or struggling with another issue with spiritual, emotional, or physical intimacy.
