About Zamila
As a student, I once struggled with confidence in speaking English. I found it difficult to express myself to tutors, peers, or even make new friends because I worried about being judged. Opening up felt like a challenge, and I often overthought every word before speaking. However, after working hard to improve, I gained the confidence to speak freely without hesitation. Now I can start conversations and build friendships without worrying about how to approach people or which exact words to use. Because I know how challenging this journey can be, I want to support others who are in the same position I was. My goal is to help learners — whether adults, students, or young children moving abroad — build their English skills and confidence so they can express themselves without fear. I can teach my lessons in Hindi, Urdu and in Bangla.

Hello, my name is Zamila. I believe every student learns best when teaching is tailored to their needs, so I focus on one-to-one lessons to engage fully with each learner. My approach is simple: I break down topics into clear, manageable sections and explain them in easy-to-understand English, making sure students feel comfortable and confident as they progress. Lessons typically last 30–45 minutes, allowing enough time to cover material while keeping focus and energy high. I am a Biomedical Science graduate currently studying an MBBS programme, with two years of experience working as a Teaching Assistant, where I supported students in building their skills and confidence. My lessons are open to learners of all levels and ages who want to improve their English in reading, spelling, writing, and speaking. Whether you are starting from the basics or looking to strengthen your existing skills, I will guide you step by step to reach your goals.
