About Lauren
My violin studies started at the age of 4, and I have been teaching privately since 1996. I have a Bachelor's degree in music education and a Master's degree in education. I have been teaching strings in public schools since 2002 at multiple levels. My students are members of local youth orchestras and many of them have gone into music in college. I love teaching and would love to help you or your child become a great musician!

With over 20 years teaching experience, I can help you or your child with their string playing skills. I have taught students that range from 1st grade through adults in their 40s and 50s. I can help your child with their school music to prepare them for assessments, concerts, and auditions as well as teach them solo repertoire to enhance their skills.
