About Renee
I have 8 years of experience teaching violin and hold a Master’s Degree in Violin Performance. During my career, I have worked with students at different stages of development, helping them improve technique and musical expression. Watching learners achieve meaningful progress remains one of the most satisfying parts of my work.
My teaching style emphasizes structure, patience, and personal support. I believe students learn best when lessons are adapted to their needs while maintaining steady expectations for growth. Confidence and consistency are important parts of every lesson.
Outside the classroom, I enjoy ensemble performance, music analysis, and exploring historical violin repertoire. These interests help me continue developing as both a musician and educator. I am dedicated to helping students enjoy the process of learning and performing music.

My violin lessons focus on helping students build strong technical foundations while developing expressive musical skills. We work on bowing mechanics, finger placement, tone consistency, rhythmic accuracy, articulation, and phrasing through structured learning activities. Every lesson encourages progress through clear goals and supportive instruction.
Students participate in scale practice, repertoire studies, technical development exercises, listening activities, and performance preparation. I help learners understand the purpose behind each skill so they can apply their knowledge independently. Lessons are adapted to support individual learning styles and objectives.
I enjoy helping students develop confidence in both practice and performance. Through constructive feedback and practical guidance, learners strengthen their abilities while building greater musical understanding. My goal is to create lessons that are rewarding, engaging, and encouraging.
