I have more than 15 years of experience in teaching people Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation.
I've trained many people to overcome the bad impacts of over stress in this modern working lifestyle.
I have helped many youngsters to nurture their career by teaching them how to overcome the stress during their examination moments let it be for academics or for job interviews.
Also I helped many married couples to overcome the bad impacts of stress and bring harmony in their lives.
