About Madoda
We all know the pain of trying and failing. You might have already and trusted a number of fitness apps, weight loss programs, or even personal trainers at the gym. I have over 10 years experience as a fitness trainer and sports strength and conditioning coach.
I will guide you through the mindset the champions have and keep you motivated. Life isn't a race, your fitness journey isn't one either, movement is a fundamental part of daily life. I will help you seamlessly integrate exercise into your routine with ease.

You don’t need to be a pro to train with me. No two clients have the same limb lengths or ranges of motion. They don’t look the same when they squat and don’t learn in the same fashion.
My lessons are not a one-size-fits-all approach. They’re unique in its personalization, where each person's goals are carefully considered to deliver the most effective workout programs.
My method is to curate completely personalized virtual coaching, personable techniques and ensure transformations happen. The focus is to help with proper form, increase strength, injury prevention, guide and motivate through self-awareness and self-management techniques, help achieve lasting results, facilitate improvements in overall fitness, well-being, vitality, energy, health, and performance.
Everyone is welcome, from beginners, advanced fitness enthusiast to athletes. Everyone can stay fit and healthy without even stepping outside their homes and you're also able to train outdoors or in a gym if you prefer to do so.
The aim is for you to have satisfaction, joy, and a feeling of daily accomplishment and inspire you to keep going.

A man who works with time and respects time, he is very punctual. He'd rather show up an hour early than be late, so show up on time and be prepared. He has the ability to make a genuine connection with clients and he’s a bit old fashioned so he isn’t easily distracted by every latest fitness fad.
