About Qudus
With over four years of hands-on experience in the financial sector, I have developed a deep and practical understanding of economic systems and market dynamics. This background provides me with a distinct advantage in teaching Economics comprehensively — from foundational principles to advanced topics in macroeconomics. My experience also extends to analyzing and explaining the stock market, debt market (bonds), and the various factors that influence their performance. This blend of theoretical knowledge and real-world financial expertise enables me to deliver lessons that are both insightful and application-driven, bridging the gap between classroom learning and the global financial environment.

I believe that Economics is not just about memorizing formulas or theories. It’s about understanding how the world works and how individuals, businesses, and governments make choices. In my lessons, I focus on incorporating real-world applications into the learning process, so students can connect what they learn to their everyday lives. My Teaching Methodology: A. Interactive Learning: I make Economics come alive with interactive discussions, case studies, and current events that make theories feel relevant and applicable. We break down complex concepts into bite-sized, manageable chunks, ensuring that no one gets left behind. B. Visual Aids & Tools: I use charts, graphs, and real-time data analysis to help visualize abstract concepts like supply and demand curves or market equilibrium. This approach ensures that students truly grasp the economic forces shaping our world. C. Step by Step Problem Solving: In Economics, understanding the theory is only part of the process. I guide students through problem-solving techniques, whether it's for mathematical economics or essay writing, so they can confidently approach exams and assignments. D. Active Feedback and Support: I offer ongoing feedback through quizzes and assignments, focusing on growth over time. I emphasize active learning, where students participate in discussions and present their ideas. Typical Lesson Duration; Each session is 60 minutes, where we dive into one key topic and explore its implications. For exam preparation or more in-depth topics, I offer 90-minute lessons to allow ample time for discussion, practice questions, and real-world applications. Qualifications & Experience: With over 7 years of teaching experience, I have worked with students from different backgrounds and various education systems, including WAEC, IGCSE, A-Level, and UTME. I hold a B.Sc. in Surveying and Geo-Informatics, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education. In addition to my teaching career, I have worked in local schools helping students succeed in Economics and other subjects. Who Are My Lessons For? >Secondary School Students preparing for WAEC, UTME, or IGCSE exams >A-Level Learners seeking to strengthen their Economics knowledge >Students at the undergraduate level who need support with microeconomics, macroeconomics, or economic theory >Adult learners or professionals looking to improve their understanding of Economics for career advancement Why choose me as your Economics Tutor?
