About Lydia
Teaching math has been my passion for 4 years, especially with middle school students. With a BSc in Mathematics for Data Science, I focus on building strong foundations in algebra. Linear equations, polynomials, and functions often confuse learners at first. I use clear, step-by-step explanations to make them easier. Puzzles and brainteasers keep lessons engaging and interactive. Real-world connections help students see why algebra is useful. I adjust my methods for different learning styles. Some students learn by seeing patterns, others by solving problems repetitively. I’m experienced in supporting those with math anxiety. Creating a positive learning space makes a huge difference. My lessons are built on patience, structure, and encouragement. I believe confidence grows with practice and understanding. With me, algebra becomes both approachable and rewarding.

I teach math with a focus on logic, structure, and applications. Coding logic, algorithm design, and discrete mathematics are central to my lessons.
