I am a postgraduate in business administration and have worked into digital marketing for last 5 years.
I have been giving yoga tutions for last 3 years. I have learned yoga from my teacher, my Alma mater- Mr. Vimal based in New Delhi India.

I begun with explaining Yoga and its use in our life. I focus on explaining the process and effect of each aasan to our body. This is followed by the demonstration of various aasans and its connection to our soul. Repeating this with right breathing practice can bring in a lot of change. Yoga also helps us fight stress, anger, sadness and being is positivity.
Those who dont like running or lifting heavy weights in gym, Yoga is the best option. Its not just an alternative but even better than the heavy physical work.
