About Kristen
Hi, I’m Kristen. A certified Holistic Health Practitioner, wellness coach, and Nutritional Advisor. I live in Texas and am a mama to three incredible girls and am working on building a lil homestead. I see health as not any specific “diet” but as us returning to play in this creation. There is no “one size fits all” in terms of health because we are all biochemically and energetically different ~ though of course there are core principles that we ALL need across the board. Our belief systems, expressions of stress, nervous systems, nutritional intake, habits (and lifestyles), are where the foundations of wellness begin.

Wondering why you’re “doing all the things right” but not seeing the shifts in your health & wellness? The truth is you can be doing “all the things right” but maybe they’re not supportive to YOU … or maybe your nervous system & subconscious isn’t on board. Without identifying what YOU biochemically & energetically need, you won’t shift and process things the way that they need to be shifted and processed. The hard truth is, not everything is supportive to us. Yes there are many incredible tools, modalities, supplements, & foods out there ~ but you are biochemically and energetically unique and need to find what is most supportive to YOU instead of spending all your time and money on things that aren’t.
