About Jean
I’m Jean, a Life Coach with a professional background in mental health and extensive education and training in human behavior, emotional wellness, and personal development. My experience working directly with individuals from diverse backgrounds has given me a strong foundation for helping people navigate life transitions, overcome personal obstacles, build confidence, and create meaningful change.
My coaching approach draws from my training and experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles, mindfulness, motivational techniques, goal setting, stress management, and personal growth strategies. I combine these skills with compassionate listening and a holistic, spiritually centered approach to help clients better understand themselves and move toward the life they want to create.
As a coach, I have experience supporting individuals with self-esteem, relationships, life transitions, emotional wellness, finding purpose, establishing healthier patterns, and developing greater clarity about their future. I believe coaching should be both supportive and practical—providing a space for self-discovery while also helping clients turn insight into action.
Through Soul Alignment Coaching, my goal is to help you reconnect with who you are, recognize your strengths, and confidently move forward with greater purpose, balance, and authenticity.
