About Fransiscus
If you're reading this as a student who's willing to learn and put in the work, then you're one piece of the puzzle. However, I've learnt, from experience, that hard work is often not sufficient to achieve good results. You need a mentor — a tutor. Someone who'll monitor your progress, right your wrongs, motivate you when you struggle, but also ground you in reality. I have the skills to be that person — the other piece. Let's do this.

I believe that I have to understand my students as much as I want them to understand the material I'm covering. I'll be careful to analyse each student's idiosyncrasies and use my 5 years of experience teaching a range of personalities to curate a specific approach to suit every student's special needs.
I recommend sessions to be at least 2 hours, and at least 2 times a week for optimal learning. I specialise in teaching IGCSE to A Levels, but have also taught many grade school students.
I also recommend teaching in person over online, as I've observed that it leads to more student engagement, although I will teach online at a reduced price if it is the best option for the student.
