About Sheeba
Hi! I’m an IT professional turned language enthusiast and online phonetics instructor. I’m originally from Salem, India, and I have a strong passion for helping others learn how to speak clearly and confidently. I previously worked in the IT field, but my love for languages led me to start teaching phonetics and spoken English online. In my classes, I focus on correct pronunciation, clear speech, and natural communication using simple and effective methods. I believe in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for all my students.

use a Direct Method approach in my online phonetics class, focusing on the natural and practical use of spoken English. The emphasis is on active student participation, with real-time speaking and listening exercises designed to mimic real-life situations.
Students are guided to listen carefully, pronounce correctly, and speak confidently, without relying on their native language. We gradually build phonetic awareness, correct sound articulation, and improve intonation and rhythm through regular practice.
The goal is to help learners think in English, recognize and produce accurate sounds, and speak fluently with clarity and confidence.
