I am finishing up a degree in Statistics and Biology at Dalhousie University. I started tutoring when I was 14. I explained the concept of multiplication to my younger sister when I was 16 the summer before she was supposed to learn about multiplication (in second grade)

As a tutor, I let the student explore mathematics on their own and give them hints when needed. People tend to learn more from interaction than lecturing. I am also very good at asking the right questions to get the student to find the answers.
