About Lise
After 13 years of career in the Army, I converted to sport in 2017.
Sport is a great passion for me which I have practiced for 32 years, very diligently. 15 years of athletics and 10 years of competitive running, mixed with many leisure activities such as mountain biking, climbing, swimming and especially muscle building.
My experience as an athlete mixed with my state certificate make me a coach passionate about her job, listening to the client, for jovial and fun sessions that can only make you love sport and therefore progress !
