Today I would like in turn to be able to help people who can be are in the same situation as me many years ago or quite simply to help people achieve their physical goals whatever they are.
[ N] I am a passionate person and nothing pleases me more than being successful in helping people improve day by day.

My classes can take place either in a general public gym or at home or even outside depending on your objectives, your availability and what you prefer, if these classes at home I would bring the equipment of course.
I specialize in muscle gain and fat / weight loss, but I can adapt to your goals, it will be necessary to talk about it during an interview so that we can fully agree on those.
