About Shahade
Currently I own and operate three businesses here in New York City. One of which operates in Virginia and New York. I attained my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, minor in Accounting. After attaining my degree I got into the workforce.
I love learning and believe there is a real power in knowledge. And so more often than not I found myself helping friends, family and people I’ve met at social or networking events; getting their business licenses and companies set up.
It’s something I enjoy and happens to be somewhat time consuming. But the joy I feel when I see people own and operate their companies effectively and efficiently is amazing.

A session consists of 3-6 lessons and is brought as a package. Depending on the assistance that your company needs. The lessons can be spread out over two-weeks.
Lesson1
My team and I will walk you through step by step getting your business setup with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), getting your businesses Employment Identification Number.
Lesson2
Getting your business state certified to do business and getting your business license. In this lesson we will go more in depth on your business plan. Going over employment and Human Resources options that best suit your business needs.
Lesson3
Getting all business documentation together and making you an appointment with a bank of your choice (we will go over which bank best suits your business now and in the future) Making sure your business plan is in order to take to your business bank.
Lesson4
After meeting with the bank we go over a detailed list of important deadlines for the state and government. My team and I will walk you through the process, we will also keep in contact with you for your first official year of business. Specifically when deadlines are approaching.

I was trying to start my tech company and between some companies trying to charge me upwards of 2K, and getting the run around I was lost as to how to start. My sorority sister put me in contact with her, and let me just say she was god sent. Not only did she walk me thru step-by-step, she showed me steps to help build my business credit. Her or a member of her team contacts me every other month to check in, and make’s themselves available if I have any issues.
