About Sarah
I am a Biomedical Engineering student at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a minor in Psychology. I am 20 years old, and for the past 5 years I have maintained my own tutoring business and have been teaching students a myriad of subjects! In the future, I hope to obtain my PhD and become a professor so that I can continue to inspire and educate students every single day. My teaching ramped up over the past few years, and I've been giving online group courses continuously for a while. I teach students from grades 6-12 in subjects like science and math, but I also teach well-being courses and happiness workshops. My teaching style is fun, relaxed, and upbeat. I truly care about all of my students and want to make their educational journeys more fun and stress-free.

In my eyes, "fun" and "learning" are simply inseparable. I try to create a safe space for learning through a relaxed approach with lots of room for growth. My philosophy is that it is a teacher's job to engage and help students fulfill their potentials to the highest degree. I also believe that the most magical teacher-student relationships are built on trust, comfort, and personality. I take this responsibility very seriously!
