About Sophie
I'm a vocal coach, UX designer, and also an actor. I have my Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from University of Sydney, Masters in Professional Voice from the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and trained in UX at General Assembly. I love teaching which is why I offer one on one classes online to help you get your day started.

I teach a balance of technical and practical exercises which means we break a word into the smallest muscle movements and then build it back into everyday use. We'll work out a targeted action plan that is specific to what you need and work through it together with supported learning and revision.
In your first session, you'll receive a full voice profile and action plan. The profile outlines your unique voice pattern and areas where miscommunication can occur. The action plan outlines how the course will change those habits using workbook exercises, guided listening, personal recording and mentored review. Knowing your voice profile and following a plan to change means that you can see real progress after just a few classes.
