About MSc Sophia Scheuber
People have always been my main interest. How do we function, how can we develop, what makes us happy and healthy. That's why I studied psychology and completed a coaching training. For me, there is nothing more fulfilling than to help you become the best version of yourself with honest conversations, my expertise, powerful tools, and an optimistic perspective. I see happiness as a skill that anyone can learn. In addition to my calling, I still like to spend my time with social activities, at cultural events, with creative projects, meditation, exercise in nature and traveling.

I wish that you are happy and healthy. A loving, healthy relationship with yourself, the environment and other people. A purpose in life. And I'll help you with everything I can. I studied psychology in Innsbruck and did my master's in Barcelona. With the Spanish sun in my heart, I worked during and after my coaching training in Munich, Budapest, in my hometown of Regensburg and to this day in Berlin. I have coaching experience in areas such as relationships, careers, addiction, conflict, grief, fear, stress, decisions and self-confidence. I incorporate various methods into my work. What is important to me is a non-judgmental, holistic, empathic understanding of every person with their individual history and situation. As a team, we discuss what you want to change, creatively look for the approach that best suits you and your challenge and with which you feel most comfortable. After you have come a little closer to yourself, understand your topic and its causes, you can rethink, work lovingly on yourself, develop your potential and make yourself happy! I look forward to supporting you!
