I am an Elite Trampoline Gymnast, currently competing at FIG. I have coached hundreds of gymnasts and am currently looking to do my level one!

my teaching method is very hands on and theory based. My lessons always start with a recap - the recap being on anything that has been mentioned in previous lessons so my students a consistently remembering what we've covered! I will then go on to the lesson. In each of my lessons I will cover a variety of thing like the cardiovascular system, etc.
I also make sure I do a lesson, every few weeks, purely based on exam questions so I know that all my students go in to any exams knowing, what they're looking for in the question, how to breakdown the question and how to then answer that question.
