About El
I’m really proud of my accomplishments in sports, especially playing rugby for the Tigers Academy in Loughborough and competing in the Rosylnn Sevens. My experience in judo has also taught me a lot about discipline and perseverance, which I apply in all areas of my life. Beyond sports, I’m known for my funny and outgoing personality, which helps me connect with others and keep things light-hearted, whether I’m on the field or just hanging out with friends. I want to teach people because I believe in the power of coaching to transform lives. Returning to my coaching career excites me because I love sharing my passion for sports and helping others achieve their goals. Whether it's through strength and conditioning or team sports like rugby, I find joy in guiding individuals to reach their potential and build confidence. I want to inspire others to push their limits, just as I’ve done throughout my own athletic journey. Coaching allows me to connect with people, share my knowledge, and create a positive impact in their lives.

My lessons for a gym plan focused on strength and conditioning will likely cover a range of important topics. I will start with an introduction to the principles of strength training, including the different types of exercises and their benefits. I will also explain proper techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness during workouts. As part of my BTEC Level 3 Sports Coaching, expect to delve into programme design, where I will create tailored fitness plans based on individual goals and needs. Nutrition and recovery strategies will also be key components, helping clients optimise their performance and results. Overall, my lessons will provide a comprehensive understanding of how to effectively coach others in their strength and conditioning journey.

I met Ella at American football where we were both playing at the time, I reccomend Ella as she has a very strong program set up focusing on strength and conditioning but also the nutrition that comes along with that. Overall a very funny girl
