About Jahvyn
I am currently a 3rd-year student who has previously played both football and athletics to a very high standard, with experiences at Newcastle FC and Birchfield athletics club. Gained a lot of experience from coaching football teams and from gaining relevant coaching badges such as FA Level 1 and 2 in coaching football, Aikido, Fencing, Basketball, Rugby, Cricket and more.

I'm very proactive with my teaching methods, in order to achieve the best I demand the best in terms of application from participants, I also hold my self to the same standard. I normally coach in groups so I am quite vocal and very approachable. In terms of teaching methodology, I tend to plan ahead sessions, activities, if a diet plan is needed then that would first priority as the way one eats does affect energy output and efficiency.
