About Vincent
High level sportsman in the French Judo team and training at INSEP for 9 years. I have been practicing judo for 23 years (4th Dan black belt). I graduated from BP AGFF (2016). Perfect! Super expérience avec Vincent ! Dispo, ponctuel, à l'écoute. Les studios dans lesquels il propose du coaching sont propres et très bien équipés. Il sait s'adapter à mon emploi du temps malgré ses propres entrainements (judoka pro!). Je recommande vivement !

J'ai repris une activité sportive à 58 ans. Je voulais , sans trop y croire, le faire d'une manière sérieuse et en ayant des objectifs de musculation, tonicité, dynamisme.
Merci Vincent pour ton écoute, tes encouragements, ton respect,...et ta manière de me booster quand tu vois une petite baisse de régime!!!!!!Après ma grossesse, reprendre le sport a été difficile. Sans Vincent je n'aurais pas eu la motivation nécessaire. Il a su me proposer un programme adapté et m'apporter un véritable soutien. Je le recommande vivement.

Vincent est un coach très compétent, dynamique et à l'écoute. Les séances qu'il propose sont bien adaptées à mon besoin et permettent de progresser et de ressortir en pleine forme.
