I am a current PhD student in Sport Science and Strength and Conditioning, operating as a Strength and Conditioning coach in Manchester.
Currently, I coach amateur and professional combat athletes and footballers, youth dancers, and I also manage the S&C programme for a university.
My home lessons are geared towards students who wish to learn more about sport and exercise science and related subjects, from A level to undergraduate level. My teaching style is predominantly learning centred, where students are given the tools to improve their knowledge.
The applied coaching is aimed at elite or promising athletes who wish to incorporate scientific support into their overall training schedule.
