About Mzingwana
I am a Sport Science Graduate. I have been a Strength and Conditioning Coach for 6 athletes who participate in Rugby (2), Judo (3) and Brazilian Ju-Jitsu (1). The Judo athletes that I worked with won Gold for their weight categories for Universities of South Africa Annual Judo Tournament. I have been working with student athletes for a year and also have two months experience in Boxing instructing.

Hi !, my name is Mzingwana but you may call me Mzi for short. I am a young up and coming Strength and Conditioning Coach and Sport Scientist from Johannesburg, South Africa. My lessons are for anyone at any level who wants to improve their strength capabilities for their sport or general health and fitness. I would describe my coaching philosophy as lead by example as I also was a competitive athlete and I have also done most of the exercises in my own training and know what it takes.
