About Jess
Hi, I’m Jess! I am a Sport and Exercise Science graduate with a strong passion for science, sport and helping others develop their knowledge and confidence.
I recently completed my undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Science, where I developed a strong understanding of Biology, human physiology, biochemistry and nutrition. I particularly enjoyed learning how the human body works and applying scientific knowledge to sport and exercise.
Alongside my studies, I have gained practical experience within sport and exercise settings, including working with athletes and analysing scientific data. I am now continuing my education through postgraduate study in Sports Nutrition at Liverpool John Moores University.
I would love to help GCSE and A-Level Physical Education students improve their understanding, build their confidence and enjoy the subject more. Whether you need help with a specific topic, exam preparation or general support throughout the year, I am happy to work at a pace that suits you.

take a friendly, patient and personalised approach to tutoring, adapting each lesson to the individual student's needs, confidence and learning style. My aim is not just to help students memorise information, but to make sure they genuinely understand the topic and feel confident applying their knowledge to exam questions.
Lessons will typically last 60 minutes and will be structured around the student's current needs. I can help with understanding difficult topics, revising key content, working through exam questions, improving exam technique and identifying areas that need further practice. I like to use a mixture of clear explanations, diagrams, questions and active recall to keep lessons engaging and encourage students to think independently.
I am a Sport and Exercise Science graduate with a strong academic background in human biology, physiology, biochemistry and nutrition. Throughout my degree, I developed a detailed understanding of biological processes and have experience analysing scientific data and completing independent research.
I offer Physical Education tutoring for GCSE and A-Level students. Whether you are struggling with a particular topic, preparing for exams or simply want to build your confidence and improve your grades, I will tailor lessons to your individual goals and pace.
Lessons can be delivered online or in person in Liverpool.
