About Holland
Having studied meditation and spirituality for the past three years through Transformative Consciousness, I received my Spiritual Somatics Coaching Certificate in 2022 and have worked with clients on meditation, breathing techniques, and stress management. I have worked with kids in various settings for most of my adult life and am inspired to combine the two thing I love the most: awareness and kids! Life as a student can be extremely stressful but it doesn't have to be. My dream is to be of service in offering these tools I've learned so that you may experience ease as you navigate the world of being a student, and hopefully take these tools with you into your adult life :)

As a Spiritual Teacher, I approach meditation and awareness building with curiosity, empathy, and fun! Providing you with an array of tools, we will explore breathing techniques, different meditation styles, and ways to manage stress. We will focus on understanding how our minds work with our bodies to gain awareness so that we can have the most fun in life.
