About Chantel
I am a Spiritual Empowerment Coach dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with who they truly are and create a life that feels aligned, authentic, and fulfilling.
My work is grounded in both personal experience and a deep commitment to supporting others through periods of uncertainty, change, and self-discovery. I understand what it feels like to be disconnected from yourself or unsure of your direction, and I bring that understanding into every session.
I approach coaching with professionalism, empathy, and honesty. I create a calm, non-judgemental space where you can speak openly and feel genuinely heard. My focus is on helping you gain clarity, build self-awareness, and move forward with confidence in your own decisions.
While my work is rooted in spiritual empowerment, my approach is practical and accessible. I focus on real-life application — helping you understand your patterns, shift limiting beliefs, and take meaningful steps towards a life that feels right for you.

My approach to coaching is centred around creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.
I don’t follow a rigid structure or “one-size-fits-all” method. Each session is tailored to you — your experiences, your challenges, and what you need in that moment. My role is to guide you towards clarity, help you recognise patterns or beliefs that may be holding you back, and support you in moving forward in a way that feels aligned and authentic.
I use a combination of:
- Reflective questioning to help you gain deeper self-awareness
- Perspective shifts to challenge limiting beliefs
- Practical guidance to help you take clear, manageable steps forward
- Grounded, intuitive insight to support emotional and personal clarity
A typical session lasts 60 minutes and is held online. Sessions are focused, but also allow space for open conversation and exploration, so you never feel rushed.
I usually recommend a package of sessions to reach your goals following the first session.
My experience comes from both personal transformation and working with individuals who feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of who they are. This allows me to meet you with understanding, empathy, and honesty — not just theory.
My coaching is best suited for:
- Adults (18+)
- Individuals feeling stuck, lost, or disconnected
- Those going through life changes or questioning their direction
- Anyone wanting to reconnect with their authentic self and build a more aligned, fulfilling life
