About Jathu
Hi all, I am Jathu. I graduated HSC in 2017 achieving an ATAR of 99.55 and a HSC mark of 94 in Chemistry, 94 in Physics, 98 in Math Extension 1 and 99 in Math Extension 2. I'm deeply passionate about science and math and therefore completed a degree in Engineering and Commerce at USNW, now working as a civil engineer for a top tier consultant. I'm equally passionate about teaching science and math to high school students and seeing my students improve their understanding and developing an interest towards their subject genuinely brings me joy.

I have over 5 years of experience teaching both privately and in tutoring centres where I have developed a fundamental based approach to teaching. All my classes will be online, with small groups of 2-6 students. Chemistry classes will run for 2.5 hours while math classes run for 2 hours.
Each student will receive their own lesson booklets with detailed explanations of each syllabus dot-point supplemented with questions of varying difficulties hand-picked from past papers. Each student will also receive a weekly homework to supplement their learnings. My classes are engaging and students are encouraged to ask questions any time and share their thoughts. Furthermore, I provide 24/7 support to my students as anyone can message me anytime to seek assistance with questions or to get general advice. My first lesson will only be charged if you continue, free otherwise.
