About Chloe
I have worked in education for 12 years and am a former Reading Rescue instructor. I am currently completing my Master's in Special Education and have extensive hands-on classroom experience supporting diverse learners, including students who need additional support in foundational reading skills.
Working with struggling readers is something I care deeply about. I understand that learning to read can feel overwhelming, and I am committed to creating a patient, encouraging space where children feel safe to take risks and grow.
In addition to my professional experience, I am also a parent. I understand how important it is to trust the person supporting your child's learning. I approach each session with warmth, consistency, and high expectations because I believe every child is capable of meaningful progress with the right support.

My lessons are designed to feel supportive, encouraging, and structured. I work closely with struggling readers in grades K–3 to help them build the strong foundations they need to become confident, independent readers.
Each session focuses on essential skills like phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, and comprehension, taught in a clear and step-by-step way. I meet students where they are, gently target skill gaps, and celebrate progress along the way.
I believe children learn best when they feel safe, capable, and understood. My goal is not just to improve reading scores, but to help students feel proud of their growth and excited about learning.
