Speaking Japanese for Travel & Daily life! Fun beginner Conversation Lessons with Mayu who has 10 years of international experience!

I've been taking lessons with Mayu for a while now and I'm really happy I found her. I can honestly say that she is one of the best and kindest teachers I've ever had.

After learning Japanese (input) for about 2 years, I finally decided to step out of my comfort zone and start speaking (output). That’s when I found Mayu. I was really nervous at the beginning, but she welcomed me with open arms and made me feel comfortable right away.

Now, about 40 lessons later, even though my Japanese is still far from perfect, I feel like I can speak much more naturally and confidently than before. I’ve definitely improved a lot since I started, thanks to her lessons. The conversations always feel natural and fun and we talk about many different topics.

Mayu is also very kind, patient, and supportive. She explains things clearly and always encourages me, which keeps me motivated to continue learning.

I always look forward to our lessons, and I don’t see myself going anywhere else anytime soon. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to improve their Japanese in a comfortable and enjoyable way!

Mayu has been an excellent Japanese teacher and I would highly recommend her if you are looking to learn or improve your Japanese. She structured our lessons to accommodate my level as well as my requests. She not only provided answers to my questions, but also provided pertinent explanations and examples in order for me to have a better understanding. I have been taking Japanese lessons from Mayu for about a year, and my Japanese has definitely been improving. I am now at a point where I feel confident that I can visit Japan and be able to order food at a restaurant, ask questions, ask for directions, and have short/simple conversations. I feel very fortunate to have found an awesome teacher like Mayu to be my Japanese sensei.

When I started, I did not know Japanese at all. Over time, I learned words, got better at grammar, and became more confident with the Japanese language. I made progress in Japanese.

I worked hard during my tutoring sessions. I tried to stay committed even when some parts were tough. Learning Japanese was not easy.

What helped me the most was having a learning environment where I felt okay asking questions and taking my time to understand things.

Because of that, I have been able to make progress in Japanese. I feel good about learning Japanese.

One of the parts about learning Japanese is that it has actually been fun. I have enjoyed the process, whether it was learning words, practicing conversations, or just seeing how much I have improved compared to when I started learning Japanese.

Overall, this experience has helped me grow, also in terms of being more patient and disciplined. Learning Japanese with Mayu has been very fun and educational.
