My teaching method is simple:
We begin by learning some vocabulary, then we learn tense manipulation (past, present and future), then we begin using these to create sentences and paragraphs and improve writing, then we move on to pronunciation and oral exercises.
And that's just the start!
There is ton of vocabulary to learn and different preterites.
