About Molly
I have been teaching Spanish to elementary, middle school, and high school students for 8 years. I am directly involved with all curriculum and lesson planning for my position. I love my job, and I love helping students gain communication skills, as well as empathy and curiosity for the world around them.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Secondary Education. I also hold a Master's Degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). I am certified in Michigan to teach K-12 Spanish.

Get ready for some fun, engaging, and challenging lessons! As a teacher, I base my lessons on the Michigan World Language Standards and the American Council for Teaching Foreign Language (ACTFL) standards. You can rest assured that these lessons will help you become a well-rounded Spanish speaker.
Included in the lessons is practice for the 4 communicative areas of language; reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Depending on what you want to improve, we can tailor your lessons directly to you!
Lessons will be a mix of one-to-one time and solo time for practice. They will include authentic resources to help build understanding and recall. Students will improve their receptive and productive language skills throughout the course of the lessons.
