About Helena
I know from personal experience how challenging and frustrating it can be to learn another language. I am Latina and married to a Canadian who speaks very basic English, so learning on a day-to-day basis has been my own challenge. I use my teaching experience to help my students overcome fears of vocabulary and pronunciation, just as I have had to do myself.
