• As Descartes once said «Divide each of the difficulties into as little parts as possible to solve them better», one thing at a time, and little steps ;).
• I recommend a 2hs class: to analyze the panorama (10' to 20'), work on the key points and finish integrating all the stuff in a scheme/conceptual map (15'). Contemplating the pomodoro method of 40' study, 5' rest (x3).
