My teaching methodology is completely adaptable to the needs and aims of the student. I am a very dynamic and organised teacher, and tend to put the bigger emphasis on speaking and listening, since I believe that is what makes the difference when learning with a native teacher. Nonetheless, I am aware that Spanish grammar is quite tricky and think it is essential to dedicate time to understand sentence formation and, the eternally dreaded, verb conjugation. My main goal is to make all of it fun and easygoing so students feel confident in no time!

Maria is an amazing and dedicated Spanish tutor who is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. She is great at explaining grammar topics and will ensure I have fully understood it before we move on to another topic. Maria's lessons are well planned and she has adapted the content to my Australian university curriculum. She is always very well organised and punctual for our tutoring sessions and asks me if there is anything in particular that I would like to focus on. Maria is also very quick to answer any Spanish questions via email, responding in great detail.
I am so happy I was recommended to Maria through another university student, and honestly could not recommend her enough to anyone looking for a Spanish tutor!!Maria was a great teacher.
