About Chalo
I'm a Mexican transplant living in Canada for over 13 years now. My experience teaching languages and guitar lessons go back to my mid teens when still in my Homeland in the tropics. I started teaching guitar lessons and then English in a variety of situations and contexts including some private schools. Learning itself has always been an exciting driving force for me. I speak, read and write in two other languages besides my mother tongue on a daily basis and teaching has always come easy for me as I am a very empathetic person and I like to share my skills with others. Later on after making Canada my new home, I got into teaching Spanish, English and guitar lessons for a job.
But all in all more than an actual job teaching and sharing my different skills has always been a matter of being of service to others while achieving my own self-actualization and unleashing my full potential!
