My teaching approach is aimed at beginner and intermediate students wanting to become fluent. I make use of a good deal of videos, articles and grammar exercises to improve listening, writing and reading skills. My lessons are tailored to each student's skills and objectives, but as a general rule you can expect to be made to speak, to grasp two or three new concepts and to analyse a text or video. By the time we finish the lesson you'll already be looking forward to doing your homework :)

Francisco has a remarkable ability to make me feel connected, calm and motivated when I’m learning Spanish. His patient approach is settling when I’m struggling and I’m yet to find a teacher who is as organized (or as funny ) as he is). I recommend his services to anyone wanting to ENJOY learning a language!
Fran was my tutor for over a year. He helped me move from A1 to B1 level, with his patient and creative methods tailored to my learning style. I find him to be an excellent teacher and wholeheartedly recommend him!
