About Samantha
I started tutoring when I was in fifth grade. A good friend of my grandmothers had a daughter who was in third grade and who was struggling a little in math. She had a high D in math when I first started tutoring her and after a few weeks she had a high B. I've tutored three people since then, including a personal friend who had a learning disability.

Hi. I have a really laid back style of teaching and learning so I won't be too hard on you about anything. I'm in tenth grade but I am currently taking junior classes. I have always been in honor and AG classes. I can teach in math, english, social studies or history, and some sciences. As a teacher I will be more than happy to explain anything that you don't understand so please don't be afraid to ask me anything. There are NO stupid questions.

Samantha is very mature for her age and highly intelligent. She impresses me with what she knows. She has always been great with children and was chosen to be a mentor for a first grade student when she was in fifth grade. The help she gave allowed that little girl to understand and improve her grades for math and reading. Samantha won the county spelling bee her eighth grade year and has always received academic awards. Numerous occasions she has been chosen to be one of the few in the county to take specialized tests for the county to compare to other counties in the state. Samantha would be a great tutor for any student.
