In my privet lessons, you can cover basics, from learning how to prepare food. To form in the gym , or if you already have knowledge I’m happy to branch out and help set a workout plan, or meal plan. It depends where your goals are set, everyone is so different in what they want to achieve!.Weather it’s a sit down chat or an hour of exercise whatever you want to get out of your lessons we will do it together, to expand your knowledge and achieve your goals.
