About Anton
Luckily, I met the only spiritual SonDo Master in Latin America, Maestro Kwon Tae Joung, and have been his student since 2018. In 2019 I was also able to get to know his master, Grandmaster Choi Byung Ju, on a retreat and spent a month traveling with both of them last year to the spiritual places of South Korea and growing spiritually. I have an inner need to explore this science, which has been researched and developed for thousands of years, more deeply and to convey it to those who are ready for it.

We usually start with a short period of reflection, then use SonDo Yoga to loosen up the body from top to bottom, so that we can then meditate in a relaxed manner, guided by me. Sometimes we also do Ki Gong, such as Balance Ki Gong of the internal organs, Su Jin Ki Gong or the 5 animals, to empty our bodies and free them of used energies and fill them with fresh energy. Sometimes we do theory lessons in Far Eastern philosophy, Taoist health theory, meditation practices, 5-element theory for health and nutrition.
