About Jenesis
Holding a BFA in Musical Theatre, I spent 13 years performing in NYC and on tour. I admit that I am fully obsessed with Sondheim scores. My teaching methodology centers on techniques that genuinely function within a high-pressure audition room environment.
Over 13 years of professional work, I have guided countless students toward vocal clarity. My degree serves as the backbone for my practice. Dealing with complex vocal demands is standard for me. Please note that I keep a piano nearby to demonstrate exactly what a musical phrase requires.

About the lesson

Singing sessions feel like a collaborative workshop. I admit that I prefer the piano to the podium. We will focus on warm up exercises and breathing control immediately.
You will build your head and chest voice through steady practice. Belting technique requires specific resonance adjustments for health. My 13 years on stage inform these practical adjustments.
As a bonus, you receive free access to my breathing and warm up exercise notes. Achieving precise tone and resonance remains quite satisfying.
