About Glen
I've studied creative writing at the university level, and I've been passionately exploring it through recorded college lectures and writing blogs for the majority of my life. I'm extremely inspired by artists who capture the fantastical while framing it in the practical, and I'm excited to teach all that I know.
Neurodivergent-friendly, patient, and passionate, I love creating a space that feels safe and open to exploration and trial-and-error.
As a person in general, I love rainy days, my pet cat Fez, and, of course, working on my own stories.

As someone passionate about combining free-flowing creativity with structure and reason, I love teaching students to cultivate free-writes and fantasy and build upon that by exploring what makes a story accessible and profound to readers.
From expanding on brainstorming ideas to crafting themes and conflict to perfecting prose and more, I hope to offer a full spectrum of writing support.
As a tutor, I strive to be kind and understanding - I don't want writing to be intimidating, but rather exciting, freeing, and, at times, an enjoyable challenge.
I'm open to working with high school or college level students.
