My approach to tutoring is structured, and tailored to each student’s goals. I believe in building a strong foundation first, then gradually moving into real-world application so students not only understand concepts but can confidently use them.
In terms of methodology, I teach programming through a “learn by doing” approach. Each concept is first explained clearly and then immediately applied through hands-on exercises and mini-projects. I also focus on using as many real-world examples as possible to show how these technologies are used in actual development environments. For more advanced students, I incorporate project-based learning, debugging sessions, and code reviews to simulate professional workflows.
A typical lesson lasts between 60 to 90 minutes. This allows enough time for explanation, live coding, practice, and addressing questions without rushing. I also provide notes, assignments, and, when needed, recorded sessions so students can revise independently.
I have a background in software engineering with experience in multiple programming languages and full-stack development. Alongside my technical work, I have been actively teaching and supporting university students with coursework, exams, and practical programming skills, using tools like online whiteboards and structured learning materials.
My lessons are suitable for beginners, intermediate learners, and university students. This includes individuals who are completely new to programming, students struggling with coursework, or aspiring developers who want to build real projects and strengthen their skills in web development.
