About Gina
My name is Gina and I am a software development graduate as well as a software engineering graduate. I have a background as an IT Teacher where I was able to engage with learners who wanted to learn programming concepts as well as being a tech/software development mentor to students. In these roles, I was able to increase multiple students' understanding of really challenging concepts by teaching them in a way where they were broken down further. I am able to pick up on what a student needs in terms of the tutoring they might require to thrive and be proficient in the tech industry.

I strive to start every lesson with a questionnaire to see what level the student is at so I can tailor the lesson plans according to their level of understanding.

It's rare to find a tutor that takes the time to listen to a student like Gina. When I first started learning Java, I wasn't even sure that I could ever understand what was going on let alone write a finished program. I was able to do so with Gina and I'm more comfortable than ever writing a complete program by myself thanks to Gina.
Gina helped me understand C# and was patient in making sure I was comfortable before completing a task. She's a wonderful tutor!
Gina is an amazing Tutor, she is patient with her students and has a friendly and sociable personality which is encouraging for her students. She goes above and beyond for her students and interacts with them with respectful and positive energy always. I recommend her because she has experience as a teacher and mentor but also most importantly she is extremely passionate about programming.
