Ciao Everyone! I became a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer in 2023, and I have been boxing for now 4 years and I’m still currently competing! Sofia is a super professional and patient personal trainer. In each session she guides you through each exercise which may seem hard to do but with her help you don’t feel the fatigue of training at all and everything looks super fun and challenging in a good way. I enjoy our boxing sessions for these reasons and I always look forward to the next one :)
