About Leena
I am a university student who has passionately studied sociology for over 5 years. I can help with content knowledge, revision techniques and how to utilise feedback to ensure you are constantly improving. Alongside this, I can provide moral support for those moments when the pressure starts getting to you. I have experience in tutoring Sociology at GCSE level and briefly at A-Level. I achieved a grade A at A-Level and am constantly updating my knowledge through my university degree.

I like to verbally rehearse and get a discussion going as I believe this is the most effective way to consolidate and introduce new knowledge. This has personally helped me in the past, along with others who I have tutored as discussion has been widely proven to stimulate new ideas.
I also appreciate that there is an art of how to answer the exam questions which is why I like to focus on essay and general exam feedback.
Lastly the use of small quizzes to consolidate more specific knowledge such as the names of Sociologists etc ensures that my students will be able to set themselves apart from others taking the exam as they have actively remembered specific details.
