About Joyce
I am an Economics teacher, a graduate of Economics with a Masters degree in Economics. I have tutored several high school students, who have performed excellently in Economics while some proceeded to study in Economics in the University. I not only teach, I inspire my students to perform well on all the subject/ courses,providing, guidance, encouragement and motivation.

My teaching method is based on the student centered method. This is an inquiry based method of teaching. It allows student make a research ahead of the topic, after which they bring their findings to me, including areas of the topic they could not get a good grasp of. After this I go ahead and teach the class, with concise note which is to be hand copied/ written to accelerate retention.
This method allows student participation in the process of learning and this aids a building up of students interest hereby providing a faster route to learning.
My notes are not lengthy except for unavoidable topics. I also make use of ICT to aid teaching. Assignments are given after lessons.
